01. Gravure printing acquired delcote printing company of Spain

In September 2017, relief printing acquired the local enterprise decott printing company through its Spanish subsidiary relief topA Europe Limited, which acquired more than half of the company’s equity.

Relief printing is the largest printing enterprise in Japan with 191 group companies. In fiscal year 2019 (April 2019 March 2020), the sales volume was 1.49 trillion yen, a year-on-year increase of 1.5%. Relief printing has a number of overseas offices in Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, South America and Oceania. Decott printing is a building materials manufacturer based in Catalonia, Spain. It was founded in 1997 to produce printing paper for furniture and floor decoration.

03. Asahi printing acquired two Malaysian enterprises

Asahi printing is a Japanese enterprise with printing and packaging materials as its core business. Its output of packaging and printing materials for medicine and cosmetics ranks first in the same industry. 04. Komori acquired two Indian enterprises

In February 2018, Komori acquired insight communications and printing solutions to become a subsidiary. Komori is the largest manufacturer of printing machinery in the offset press equipment and equipment industry in Japan. It mainly produces and sells all kinds of printing machines, including offset presses and digital presses. Since its establishment in 1923, the company has been strengthening and expanding its business, while actively expanding its overseas business, and entered the U.S. market in 1982.

Previously, insight communications and printing solutions were Komori’s agents in Delhi, India. In the past three years, Komori’s offset press has occupied the largest market share in India. 05. Dawang paper purchased Sanpu printing

In April 2017, Dawang paper company made it a subsidiary by acquiring shares of Sanpu printing. Dawang paper is a traditional comprehensive paper-making enterprise in Japan. It produces and sells various kinds of paper, including cardboard, tissue, diapers and household paper. The company has about 80 offices in Japan and overseas, as well as its own printing, processing, transportation and distribution points.

The main customers of Sanpu printing include listed companies, department stores, financial institutions, manufacturers and advertising companies, while the customers of King printing are supermarkets, mail order companies and peer printing companies. In addition, in terms of equipment, due to the different printing products, Sanpu printing also has the advantages of different printing equipment.
