Japanese printing factory develops business card mask

In Japan, since the outbreak of the new crown disease, masks have become a necessity in daily life. However, it is difficult for others to distinguish and remember the appearance when wearing masks.

According to Asahi Shimbun, Nagoya printing, a printing factory in Nagoya, Japan, has launched a new product called “business card mask”.

The new product is made of three layers of pure cotton and uses a special printer to print names and titles. There are three styles of new products, such as “visiting masks” like business cards, “product promotion masks” with patterns, and “promotional masks” with enlarged names and information. Customers can place orders after registering their names and images after selecting basic styles on the Internet, and accept orders for single masks. The unit price including freight (in Japan) is 1500 days (about RMB 100).

It is reported that longhouse printing was founded in 1919 and its main business is to print catalogues, calendars, newspaper sandwich advertisements, etc. Affected by the new crown epidemic, the demand for business orders dropped sharply. In order to flexibly use the special printer introduced by the factory which can be printed on cloth, the company has launched the creative design of “business card mask”.
