This case involves products under Indian customs code 48059100 and some products under 48022090, excluding ready-to-use decorative paper.

On September 30, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India announced that it would launch an anti-dumping investigation on decorative paper originating or imported from China upon the application submitted by the Indian enterprise ITC limited paperboards and special papers division.
