India has made the final anti-dumping decision on decorative paper to China, and Xia Wang and Qi Feng products are listed

On September 28, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India announced that it had made an affirmative and final anti-dumping determination on decor paper originating from or imported from China, and proposed to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case in China. Among them, the manufacturer Zhejiang kingdecor (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was USD 116 / mt, and Shandong Boxing Ouhua Special Paper Co., Ltd (Shandong Boxing Ouhua Special Paper Co., Ltd.) and Zibo Ou Mu Special Paper Co., Ltd. are both USD 110 / metric ton, and other manufacturers are USD 542 / metric ton. This case involves products under Indian customs code 48059100 and some products under 48022090, excluding ready-to-use decorative paper.

Zhejiang Xiawang paper is a joint-stock company of Xianhe Co., Ltd., a listed company. Ouhua special paper and oumu special paper are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Qifeng new materials, a listed company.

On September 30, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India announced that it would launch an anti-dumping investigation on decorative paper originating or imported from China upon the application submitted by the Indian enterprise ITC limited paperboards and special papers division.
