Asari paper equipment recently announced that it will supply a tissue production line to kochavinska paper mill in Europe, one of Ukraine’s leading producers of tissue base and processed products.
Asari’s scope of supply is a complete toilet paper production line, including an efficient ideal ® Start1500 tissue machine with ideal ® Steel dryer. The new toilet paper machine has the advantages of low power consumption, convenient operation, compact structure, design speed up to 1500m / min and production capacity up to 80t / d. It is also equipped with r-way ® Roll conveying system and e-wind ® T80s three-layer rewinder.
The scope of supply adopts aseri’s most advanced toilet paper technology, including two complete pulp preparation lines, one for long fiber and one for short fiber. The first-class factory design and professional services provided by arcelli’s experienced design engineers and service engineers are also included in the scope of supply. In addition, it also includes advanced DCS control system, innovative industrial automation application and integrated system.
The manufacturing of the equipment will take place in Luca, Italy, and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
The paper machine production of this project will use wood pulp as raw material to meet the growing market demand for high-quality household paper. This will enable kochavinska paper mill products to enter a higher quality market, while doubling its production capacity and improving its operational efficiency.
