Japan used and developed reusable masks

Recently, Japanese enterprises in Fukui developed a cloth mask that integrates fiber and “yueqianhe paper” technology, and will accept the reservation from March 9.
It is reported that the mask was jointly developed by fine mode, a sewing company in yueqian City, Fujing County, and Ishikawa Paper Co., Ltd. It can realize multiple uses of the mask by replacing the cloth mask with the odor removing and paper mouth cover. Due to the recent shortage of masks in Japan, the president of fine mode decided to try to produce masks, but he could not buy raw materials such as non-woven fabrics. Through the cooperation of Fukui county and paper industry, SHANGBAN Dalang contacted Shichuan paper, and decided to use Shichuan paper’s special and paper as the mask pad. Ishikawa paper has previously applied for a patent for this special paper and used it as raw material to produce deodorizing pads.
The outer side of the cloth mask is made of polyester fiber, the inner side is made of skin friendly organic cotton cloth, and the middle is made of iodine anion exchange resin and paper mouth cover pad. This kind of resin not only has the ability of deodorization, but also has the function of antibacterial. A combination of a cloth mask and several paper masks is expected to sell for 1500 yen (96.6 yuan, excluding tax).
